How soon will I receive my order?

We say three business days to get your order out just to be safe, but most of the time we are able to package your order the same day you submit it. Then we ship everything out by USPS Priority on the following business day. We send you a confirmation email with tracking number to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Can you do international and rush shipping?

Definitely. Just send an email to heather@burdockandbramble.com before ordering, and we will calculate the shipping cost by your preferred method and send you an online invoice for your order.

Can I pick up my order to save the shipping charges?

If you are in the Baltimore area and would like to pick up your package at the studio in lower Charles Village/Barclay/Old Goucher, please send an email to heather@burdockandbramble.com to arrange a pick up time. You can select pickup instead of shipping for each item in your shopping cart to remove the shipping charges.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

We aim for perfection, but if something with your order isn't right, please let us know within five days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
